Smarter plan edits and training history

Plan assistant edits are clearer and safer to save. Training changes can apply from next week, completed workouts stay on your record, and you can see prescribed vs performed for the week.

Ask Fyvra

  • Edit previews show a readable diff, warnings, and section-by-section review before you save.
  • High-impact plan changes get an extra quality check so risky edits are caught before they land.
  • When a training edit is in the preview, choose Apply from this week or next week before saving.
  • Help centre guides for prompting the plan assistant and understanding common error messages.

Training

  • Prescribed vs performed panel on Training shows sets, top lifts, and volume for logged sessions in the week you are viewing.
  • Completed workout logs are kept when an exercise is removed from your plan — history is not wiped.
  • Each session remembers what was prescribed when you first logged, so progress reports stay accurate after plan changes.
  • Plan changes scheduled for next week leave this week’s template and logged work unchanged until the effective date.

The first stable release of Fyvra: a review-first fitness planner for training, food, weight, and progress — now with training styles including Hyrox and running, Fyvra Pro, and Ask Fyvra in your nav.

Setup

  • Four-step onboarding: About you, How you train, Food & extras, then Review.
  • Training focus shapes your first week — Strength & muscle, Hyrox / hybrid, Running & endurance, or Balanced hybrid.
  • Optional event date for Hyrox or race prep.
  • Withings connect inline during setup, or skip and log weight manually.

  • Starter and AI-generated plans respect your focus, schedule, equipment, and injuries.

  • Unified Food tab: Today’s menu, weekly overview, and shopping list.
  • Macro targets shown for the day you are viewing.
  • Shopping list rebuilt from your weekly meals.

Weight

  • Withings smart-scale sync for weight and body composition.
  • Trend cards and manual logging on days without a scale reading.

Ask Fyvra

  • Ask coaching questions grounded in your plan, workouts, and targets.
  • Update plan with reviewable previews — training, meals, supplements, and shopping.
  • Open Ask from the bottom nav on Training, Food, Weight, and Settings.

  • Starter (free): one applied plan, limited logging, and 5 Ask messages.
  • Pro (£9.99/month or £79.99/year): plan edits, week navigation, unlimited logging, and ongoing coaching.
