Billing and cancellation

How payments work, managing your subscription, and what happens when Pro ends.

Fyvra Pro is sold through Stripe Billing. Your subscription is tied to your Fyvra account email.

Upgrade

Open Settings → Billing and choose monthly or annual Pro. Checkout opens in Stripe. After payment confirms, Pro access appears in the app.

Manage payment method

From Settings → Billing, tap Manage payment method to open the Stripe Customer Portal. Update your card or billing details there.

Cancel Pro

Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel Fyvra Pro. Cancellation uses cancel at period end — you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.

The Billing tab shows Pro until [date] while access remains active. Optional cancellation feedback never blocks cancellation.

After Pro ends

Your account, saved plans, logs, and history remain viewable. Adaptive features lock after access ends. You can resubscribe from Billing at any time.

Refunds

Fyvra is a digital subscription service. Refund requests are handled case by case — contact help@fyvra.app with your account email and purchase date.
