Troubleshooting

Plan not loading, billing mismatches, sync issues, and common errors.

Plan not loading

Check your connection and refresh the page. If you recently finished setup, wait a moment for your plan to save.

Sign out and back in if the app shows an empty state despite completing setup.

Pro not showing after payment

Checkout can take a moment to confirm. Refresh Settings → Billing after payment.

If Stripe shows Pro but the app shows Starter, your subscription may not have synced yet. Try signing out and back in. If it persists, email help@fyvra.app with your account email.

Withings sync issues

Confirm Withings shows Connected in Settings → Integrations. Tap Sync now to import recent measurements.

Disconnect and reconnect if authorisation expired.
