Ask Fyvra
What the assistant can do, how to prompt it well, Starter limits, and when to use Help instead.
Ask Fyvra is your in-app coaching assistant — also called Plan assistant in the app. It appears on Training, Food, Weight, and Settings once you have a usable plan.
What Ask can do
Answer questions about your saved plan — today's workout, menu, targets, and recent progress.
Give glance-first coaching: a headline, a few bullets, and follow-up chips for depth.
Propose reviewable plan changes you confirm before saving. Nothing writes to your account until you tap Save changes.
Ask vs plan changes
Questions and coaching answers stay read-only. Examples: What's my Wednesday workout?, Tell me about my lunch, How's my progress?
Change requests open a preview first. Examples: Swap Wednesday's session, Raise protein in my lunch, Reduce volume on Tuesday.
If you are on Starter, plan changes show an upgrade prompt. You can still use your limited Ask messages for coaching questions.
Starter limits
Starter includes up to 5 lifetime Ask messages. Pro includes unlimited Ask coaching and unlimited plan edits.
When to use Help instead
Use this Help centre for billing, account setup, integrations, product policies, and explaining assistant error messages.
Ask Fyvra is for plan-specific coaching — not payment issues, refund requests, or account deletion.
