Editing your plan
Ask vs Update plan, preview-first edits, and what requires Pro.
Plan edits use preview-first language. You describe the change, review what would change, then confirm before anything is saved.
Ask vs Update plan
Ask mode gives read-only coaching answers grounded in your saved plan, recent workouts, and measurements. Nothing saves automatically.
Update plan mode requests reviewable multi-section previews. You must confirm before changes are written to your account.
Where to edit
The primary editing surface is the floating Ask Fyvra assistant on Training, Food, Weight, and Settings. Switch to Update plan when you want to change meals, workouts, or targets.
Plan editing, regeneration, and week navigation require Fyvra Pro.
Review before save
Update plan shows what would change section by section, with warnings when something needs a closer look.
Training edits that include workout changes let you choose Apply from this week or next week. Next week keeps this week's logged sessions tied to the plan you trained on.
