Plan changes and workout history

How Fyvra keeps completed logs when your plan changes, and how week progress is calculated.

Your training plan is a weekly template that can adapt over time. Fyvra separates what was prescribed when you trained from what your plan says today, so progress reporting stays honest.

Apply from this week or next week

When you save a training plan edit from Ask Fyvra, you can apply changes from this week or from next week.

Next week is the default for training changes. It updates your forward plan without rewriting the template for days you may have already logged this week.

Completed logs are kept

If an exercise is removed from your plan, completed sets you already logged stay in your history. They may show as removed from the current plan but still count in your week progress.

Incomplete logs for exercises that no longer exist are cleared when the plan updates.

Prescribed vs performed

Open the Progress tab to compare what your plan prescribed with what you logged — session adherence, set completion, and exercise-level detail.

Each session remembers the prescription at first log. If your plan changes later, you may see a note that the current plan differs from when you trained.
