Getting started with Fyvra
How your first plan is built, saved, and ready to follow.
Fyvra is a mobile-first recomposition assistant. It combines guided setup, meal planning, training logging, shopping support, weight tracking, and settings in one connected week.
Your first week
Start from the homepage or Get started. Answer questions about your goal, schedule, training style, and food preferences. Fyvra generates a full Week 1 plan — training, meals, calories, shopping, and progress — for free.
Sign up to save and follow your plan. Setup walks you through body stats, how you train, food preferences, and a review step before your plan is applied.
Training for Hyrox or hybrid racing? Choose Hyrox / hybrid during setup and see Hyrox your first week for what to expect.
After setup
Once your plan is applied, open Training, Food, Weight, or Settings from the bottom navigation. Ask Fyvra appears when you have a usable plan loaded.
Your starter plan includes one applied week, limited workout logging, and a small number of Ask messages. Upgrade to Pro when you want to edit, regenerate, or keep adapting your plan.
