Hyrox your first week

Choosing Hyrox / hybrid focus, optional race date, and what your free Week 1 plan includes.

Fyvra builds Hyrox-ready weeks that combine running, functional stations, meals, and shopping in one connected plan. Your full Week 1 is free — training, calories, shopping, and progress structure included.

Choose Hyrox / hybrid during setup

On the How you train step, select Hyrox / hybrid. Fyvra defaults to four training days and a gym-friendly equipment list suited to sled work, ski erg, carries, and run-friendly leg strength.

You can still adjust training days, session length, equipment, injuries, and schedule before you review your plan.

Optional race or event date

Add a race or event date if you have one booked. Fyvra uses it to shape your block toward readiness — more race-specific work as the date gets closer.

No race booked? Leave the date blank. You still get hybrid weeks with easy runs, station work, and maintenance strength.

What Week 1 looks like

A typical Hyrox week blends easy and harder runs with hybrid station sessions — sled, ski erg, wall balls, carries, and supporting strength.

Meals and shopping are tied to your training load for the week. Macros appear on Food → Today for the day you are viewing.

Nothing saves until you review and approve your plan preview. After setup, a short first-workout coach may guide you through logging your first set.

Free vs Pro for Hyrox

The free plan includes your first applied week, limited workout logging (up to 3 completed training days), and a small number of Ask messages.

Pro unlocks plan edits, week navigation, unlimited logging, and ongoing coaching — useful when you need to swap a run, adjust station volume, or adapt meals around a harder block.
