Hyrox workouts and timers
Session types, work timers, interval rounds, and how to log runs, stations, and strength in Training.
Hyrox plans in Fyvra use structured exercise targets — duration for runs, distance for stations, intervals for repeat cardio, and sets for strength. Your exercise card shows the target and the right action for that movement.
Session types in your week
Depending on your schedule and how close your race is, you may see Easy Run, Tempo Run, Hybrid Stations, Compromised Brick, or Race Simulation days.
Each session lists exercises with targets matched to the work — for example a conversational run, ski erg intervals, or sled push sets.
Work timers
Timed exercises show Start timer on the exercise card. Tap it to open a countdown for the prescribed duration — useful for runs, carries, and other time-based work.
When the timer finishes, mark the exercise complete to log the session.
Starting interval work
Interval exercises open with a ready screen for each round. Tap Start round when you are set up, then follow the work and rest prompts.

Interval rounds
Repeat cardio — such as ski erg intervals — shows Start intervals. Fyvra guides you through work and rest phases for each round until the set is done.
Tap Start round when you are ready, work through the countdown, then rest before the next round. Complete the final round to finish the exercise.

Sets, distance, and mark complete
Strength and station work may use Log set — tap to record reps and weight for each set. Distance-based stations use Log distance.
Some movements use Mark complete when a single done action is enough.
Rest timers appear between sets when your plan includes rest periods.
Substitutions and plan changes
Swap an exercise when equipment or preference differs from the plan — substitutions stay on that session only.
Changing your week structure — new runs, regenerated sessions, or schedule shifts — requires Fyvra Pro and goes through Update plan in Ask Fyvra.
