Progress tab
Prescribed vs performed adherence, week summaries, and historical charts.
Progress shows how closely you followed your plan — session adherence, set completion, and exercise-level detail for the week you are viewing.
What you see
The week summary shows prescribed vs performed work — how many sessions and sets you completed against what your plan called for.
Charts track four-week trends for adherence and set completion.
Tap into a session for exercise-level detail. Each logged session remembers the prescription at first log, even if your plan changes later.
Browsing other weeks
Use the same week navigation as Training and Food — labels like This week and Last week, arrows on either side, and tap the week title to jump back to the current week.
Past and future weeks show a compact read-only notice so you know you are viewing a different week.
Progress uses the calendar date on each log, not just the weekday slot.
After plan changes
Completed logs stay in your history when your plan changes. You may see a note that the current plan differs from when you trained.
See Plan changes and workout history for how apply timing and prescription lock work.
